Yesterday was the point of no return. We are now truly in total house remodel mode. A thin layer of dust coated most surfaces in the kitchen this morning as I walked across a gritty floor to make coffee.
We have amazing friends. Seriously, we would have never considering doing this project without those we call family who took a Saturday to work their living butts off!
Trav, Larry, Dave, Jason, Rich, Pat, Amy, Linsy, Tye, and Kristin... if you are reading this. We are forever thankful for your help yesterday. I still can't believe we got it all done.
We laughed, we worked, we tripped and fell, we drank whiskey and beer and ate prime rib... I think it may have been my favorite day of 2018 so far. THANK YOU!
